We’re excited to welcome Fredrik Tingström to CERTEGO Group as our new Head of M&A. reporting to our CEO Jonas Granath.
Anders Rundgen will continue to support the M&A work at Certego in a consulting role in which he will focus on strategic acquisitions.
Fredrik comes from MEKO, a Nasdaq Stockholm-listed company, where he led the Group M&A function for over four years, driving growth through strategic acquisitions. He also has extensive experience from PwC, specializing in M&A and audit.
In his new role, Fredrik will oversee CERTEGO’s acquisition strategy, working closely with management and country teams to identify opportunities and execute deals that support our growth ambitions.
“I look forward to building on CERTEGO’s M&A work, establishing clear structure, and accelerating both the quality and pace of our strategic acquisitions,” says Fredrik.
