CERTEGO has set aside resources throughout the group, whose continuous focus is to ensure that data protection laws, including GDPR, are complied with.

We store personal data securely by using equipment that operates in accordance with recognized security standards. If there is a risk to the rights of individuals, we carry out impact assessments in accordance with our standard methods.

We are aware that data protection laws are constantly evolving. CERTEGO has invested significant resources to raise awareness of data protection laws and to conduct training related to CERTEGO's Data Protection Compliance Program. We continuously monitor developments in data protection to ensure that our policies, processes and procedures are relevant and adequate.
