CERTEGO has signed an agreement to acquire the shares in SCANVIEW AS (SCANVIEW) a leading Danish provider of high-end access control, video surveillance and parking solutions. The company has around 50 employees.
CERTEGO strives to become a leading European expert in access control and monitoring solutions. An important part of CERTEGO’s strategy is to acquire companies to broaden their position in the value chain and to be able to offer additional services to their customers.
SCANVIEW has deep technical knowledge and expertise in electronic security solutions with prestigious customers in the critical infrastructure such as Kastrup Airport, DSB, Apcoa with an attractive offering, strong domain-expertise and long-standing relationship with their suppliers. SCANVIEW will continue to operate as a separate subsidiary under its own brand.
