With CERTEGO's new national project "Vi tillsammans" (We Together), the company is taking significant social responsibility and opening opportunities for those far from the labor market.

Last Friday, the CERTEGO DAY 2024 was held at Västerås Congress. CERTEGO invited colleagues and suppliers for two days of training, networking, and discussions about their operations. This event has been held since 2005 and is popular among both employees and suppliers.

CERTEGO Sweden also took the opportunity to present the new national project "Vi tillsammans" (We Together), which they are running together with Arbetsförmedlingen. HR manager Ludvig Takacs and Marija Mihajlovska from Arbetsförmedlingen introduced the initiative, which aims to increase equality and diversity in the company and to combat social exclusion.

Arbetsförmedlingen provides us with a broader and more inclusive selection of candidates. The project also meets our desire to recruit more women, contributing to a socially sustainable work life that is equal, fair, and accessible. Increased diversity develops the business, Ludvig explains.

Marija Mihajlovska from Arbetsförmedlingen is also optimistic about the new initiative:

With this national effort, CERTEGO is taking significant responsibility in the industry. I think CERTEGO's approach to these social challenges is exemplary, and I hope, of course, that it will influence others to follow suit. The fact that CERTEGO voluntarily initiated and presented a desired layout for the project is a testament to their genuine commitment to these important issues, Marija continues .

With the project "Vi tillsammans", CERTEGO is doing something unique in the industry and taking significant social responsibility. The company, which has about thirty branches throughout Sweden, wants to integrate people into society and increase diversity among their employees as part of their extensive sustainability work.
