CERTEGO has acquired the shares of one of the leading Finnish Alarm Centers K2 Turvapalvelut Oy (K2) with entities in Jyväskylä and Kokkola. The company has a revenue of 3 MEUR and 40 employees.
CERTEGO strives to become a leading European expert in access control and monitoring solutions. An important part of CERTEGO’s strategy is to acquire companies to broaden their position in the value chain and to be able to offer additional services to their customers.
K2 has two state-of-the art alarm centers in Jyväskylä and Kokkola serving a full range of corporate customers, from large companies, such as Tokmanni, to smaller enterprises. K2 alarm centers has the ability to connect fire alarms, burglar alarms, CCTV and building automation solutions, offering high quality monitoring and prevention services to their customers.
