During the year, we strengthened our structure, improved data quality, and integrated sustainability targets into business planning, where ESG is followed up in the same way as financial performance.

Key highlights from the year include:

  • 52% of the vehicle fleet is now electrified – exceeding the 50% target
  • 96% renewable electricity across operations
  • ISO 27001 certification in Sweden and Norway
  • Increased focus on circular solutions, including Nordic collaboration on reuse of access control systems

We also see growing customer demand for sustainable security solutions, where digitalisation and smarter service contribute to reduced resource use.

At the same time, we continue to develop CERTEGO as a workplace, with a strong focus on safety, wellbeing and inclusion. In 2025, our eNPS increased to 11.

–  We operate in a world where expectations for transparency and accountability are increasing. This drives both us and the industry forward.

Jonas Granath, CEO, CERTEGO Group.

The 2025 report is prepared in accordance with the VSME standard and marks another step forward in our journey towards a more sustainable and responsible business.
