Founded in 2020, LLA provides installation, service and advisory services for locks and locking systems, access control and alarms. The company has 30 employees and annual revenue of approximately SEK 75 million.
The acquisition is part of CERTEGO’s continued development in Sweden. Combining LLA’s local expertise and customer relationships with CERTEGO’s broader offering enhances the ability to support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their security solutions, from advice and installation to ongoing service and development.

Both former owners will remain active in the company: Lena Goldmann as Branch Manager and Håkan Olsson as Head of Sales.
The acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approval (FDI). Completion is expected in late November or early December.
